The next time you throw away a plastic object, think of a not-plastic alternative you could use instead. If you drink bottled water, considering getting a reusable water bottle and signing up for a delivery service (like Alhambra) that comes in reusable containers; opt for reusable cloth shopping bags and paper lunch sacks, and bring your own containers for takeout at restaurants.
