Giving someone a present of something eco-friendly, such as a bamboo straw, can be a nice way to promote sustainability, but be careful how you wrap it. Tissue paper cannot be recycled; neither can glittery or metallic wrapping paper. If someone gives something to you, you can reuse the wrapping paper; even if it's been wrecked around the edges, you could use it to wrap something smaller.
